We received an introductory letter from Paris Heating on the same day that our previous company cancelled our service call without our knowledge. Our boiler was not working and we had no heat. Although it was almost 4:30 when I called, Jerry came right over. He had the whole system working within an hour. And, we did not need the part the other company said we did! Paris is now our heating company and we will have them for all of our maintenance and service needs. Thanks so much!

Had my forced air heating and central A/C replaced by Paris in 2004. Andy came out and checked out the job. He was the ONLY one of several contractors that noticed an error in the initial installation at my home and commented that I had 2 cold rooms in the house (HE WAS RIGHT). He was able to include the fix to the cold rooms and work with me on things that I could do prior to the installation. The units have been trouble free ever since installation. Andy Paris and his team are GREAT!!! Forget the rest, go with the best Paris heating and cooling.

Over the course of the past two years we have worked with Paris Heating and Cooling to update our furnace and just recently install an air conditioning unit. Andy Paris and his team are skilled and knowledgable. To be honest they define professionalism. I am very pleased with their work and without hesitation recommend them to all of my friends and family.

when the hot weather arrived our air conditioning was not working. we called Paris Heating & cooling and someone was at our door within 45 minutes, fixed the problem and all has been perfectly fine since. Called Paris Heating & Cooling on a Sat. morning for a problem I had with my Furnace. In a panic because I was leaving on Vacation the next Day, Paris Heating sent a Tech. within a few hours to solve my problem.
